
Using networking, your drivers for NIC and Wireless device should be loaded and working normally. Now why not ? Go to your device manager and see if your wireless device is reported in Windows as functioning normally. Yes you had no problem before, but you have W10 now and a totally different PC also. Since you said you just bought this PC, that would be my suspicions also.that it needs updating with drivers and maybe even the OS, unless you have done all that already.įinally, consider your router as the problem with a wireless connection. Go to the website for that device and search for an updated driver for Windows 10. Look up the exact manufacturer of that device in device manager. I would also consider checking for an update to that specific wireless device. We are using safe mode WITH networking to troubleshoot this, which is what that boot mode is mainly for.
